Elena has a background in international marketing and shares a passion for music with her family. She loves working for couples to make their dreams come true.

In 2008, Elena became a wedding planner. During her career she had multiple occasions to visit and host international friends and family. That’s how she realized that her guests would always fall in love with Italy. She was then inspired to start Italian Luxury Weddings: a team of outstanding professionals specialized in destination weddings.

Italian Luxury Weddings is a wedding planning and designing team, with a destination wedding program in the beautiful Northern regions of Italy, still unspoiled by heavy tourism. Among them, most of our hidden gems for three day wedding experiences are in Emilia Romagna, Southern Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Being unspoiled by tourism, while rich in history, art and traditional food, we found that wedding experiences here are much more exclusive and authentic than the corresponding mainstream destinations.

ILW has three different sites: headquarters in Modena, a branch in Trieste and a satellite office in Longmont, Colorado.

Emilia Romagna is a region where extraordinary traditional food products are made, such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Some of the most internationally known Italian dishes were born here, too — think of lasagne, tortellini, and ragù alla bolognese. This region also hosts the headquarters of race cars and motorbikes such as Ferrari, Lamborghini and Ducati, as well as of high fashion brands.
